This policy explains how Heryzon handles the personal data of people who visit heryzon.com.br and get in touch with us. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD") and Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014, "Marco Civil da Internet").
1. Who we are
heryzon.com.br is run by Heryzon (Heryzon Tecnologia e Inovação Ltda, CNPJ 68.590.276/0001-00, located at [ADDRESS]). Heryzon is the controller of the personal data processed on this site, meaning we decide how and why that data is used.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to heryzon.com.br and to conversations that start through it.
It does not cover calls that Vozzi answers on behalf of our client companies. In those cases, the client company decides how the data is used, and Heryzon acts as a processor, following each client's instructions and contract. If you call a company that uses Vozzi, please check that company's privacy policy.
3. What data we collect
Data you give us in the contact form:
- name;
- email;
- company;
- industry;
- range of incoming calls per month;
- topic of interest (pilot or investing);
- message, if you write one;
- company, industry and range of calls are only requested when you contact us about the pilot.
Please don't include sensitive data in your message, such as health information, religion or political opinions, or data about other people.
Data collected automatically:
- site access logs: IP address, date and time of access, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet;
- technical information sent by your browser, such as browser and device type, used to run the site and keep it secure.
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking or analytics tools. The site may store only your language preference (Portuguese or English) in your browser.
4. How we use your data and on what legal basis

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you based on it.
5. Who we share it with
Only the Heryzon team accesses your data. To keep the site and email running, the data passes through providers acting as processors, on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- the website hosting provider;
- the email service that receives form messages.
We may also share data:
- with public or judicial authorities, when required by law or a valid order;
- in a corporate reorganization, such as a merger or acquisition, always keeping the protections of this policy.
6. International transfers
Some providers may store data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows article 33 of the LGPD, with contractual safeguards ensuring a level of protection compatible with Brazilian law.
7. How long we keep it

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask us at any time for:
- confirmation that we process your data;
- access to your data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law;
- portability of your data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed based on your consent, where applicable;
- information about who we share your data with;
- information about the option not to give consent and its consequences;
- withdrawal of consent, where applicable;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest, if you believe it doesn't comply with the law.
How to ask: write to contato@heryzon.com.br. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting, to protect your own data. We reply within 15 days.
You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
9. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limit access to data to the people who need it and choose providers with recognized security practices. No system is completely immune to failure. If a security incident could cause you significant risk or harm, we will notify the ANPD and the people affected, as required by article 48 of the LGPD.
10. Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children or teenagers. If you become aware of such a case, write to contato@heryzon.com.br and we will delete the data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, our services or the law. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the site.
12. Governing law
This policy is governed by Brazilian law.
